Envirinvest has been set up to help Environmental Companies with their corporate development and funding from the start-up phase right through to Stock Market listing.
Our aim is to help managers of Environmental businesses make a financial success of their enterprise, both through corporate introductions, finding customers for new technologies, technology partnerships as well as private funding.
In addition, Envirinvest is involved in the marketing of Environmental Technology Venture Capital Funds to selected investors.
Daniel Bevan is 42, and has 20 years' financial experience, including being a top ten Extel rated analyst in Capital Goods in 1998, and with an extensive knowledge of financial markets and Pan European experience. A fluent French speaker, he has worked for Kleinwort Benson, Crédit Lyonnais and Société Générale during that time, having graduated from Oxford University. His aim in founding Envirinvest was to use his contacts and experience to help Environmental Companies achieve their full financial potential without losing management control of their business.
John Royden is 43, has a law degree and achieved a distinction in his MBA at London Business School. He has worked in corporate finance since the mid-1990ís and specialises in due diligence, valuations and drafting investment memoranda. John Royden started working with Envirinvest in 2005.
